- Its location in relation to the nearest port, airport or highway for transportation and accessibility
- Presence of park management team to cater for the need of the investor or producers
- Size of the park is important for potential investor to plan for future expansion


2. PRESENCE OF GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY & FACILITIES

- Existence of various government department and agencies such as Custom, HDC, Jakim, Department of Veterinary Services, Ministry of Health, Local Council, etc
- Technical training center & laboratory for analysis
- Conducive manufacturing environment
- Land matters properly address such as status, toll, taxes, etc.
- Presence of exclusive investment and licensing authority
